SOS-Edition combines the love for art and culture with the commitment for children in need. Our target is to get artists from each of the 135 countries in which the SOS Children’s Villages is active to participate in this venture. The artists donate their works to the SOS Children’s Villages.
The profits of the limited editions support the SOS Children`s Villages in the home countries of the artists. In the past years editions supported SOS Villages in Brazil, Poland, Mexico, Israel, Senegal, Lebanon or China. Artists like Tal R, André Butzer, Zinny & Maidagan, Mansour Ciss Kanakassy, JIA, Janaina Tschäpe and Jeppe Hein – to name just a few – have participated in the constantly growing SOS-Edition.
The projects supported by the artists are as diverse as the creations of our SOS-Edition. The return of some European editions is going to the SOS vacation camp Caldonazzo at the Caldonazzo Lake in Northern Italy. SOS children from all over Europe spend peaceful holidays at the lake.
